We'll host 3 divisions with a total of 64 teams

Open division 1: very competitive, 24 teams
Open division 2: mixed teams and little less competitive open teams, 24 teams
Women's division: 16 teams

Games to 15 points with a maximum of 60 minutes without half-time.

This is the system we used in 2022. We will make some changes to make sure that no team has to play 4 games per day.

Open division 1: 24 teams

  • Round 1: 6 pools of 4 teams each; 3 games per team
  • Round 2
    • 4 powerpools of 4 with the top 2 teams of each pool from round 1 + the 4 best teams finishing 3rd in round 1; 3 games per team
    • 2 lowerpools of 4 with the last team of each pool from round 1 + the other 2 teams finishing 3rd in round 1; 3 games per team
  • Round 3: 4 pre-quarters between the 4 teams finishing 2nd in the powerpools and 4 teams finishing 3rd. The winners of these pre-quarters play for the top-8, the losers play for places 9-16
  • Round 4: quarters, semis, finals for places 1-8, 9-16 and 17-24
  • 16 teams will play 9 games, 8 teams will play 10. 4 on Friday, 3 or 4 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday

Women's division: 16 teams

  • Round 1: 4 pools of 4 teams each; 3 games per team
  • Round 2: 4 cross-over games between the 4 teams finishing 2nd and 4 teams finishing 3rd. The winners of these cross-overs move to the powerpools, the losers move to the lowerpools
  • Round 3:
    • 2 powerpools of 4 with the winners of each pool from round 1, and the 4 winners of the cross-overs; 3 games per team
    • 2 lowerpools of 4 with the teams finishing last in round 1, and the 4 losers of the cross-overs; 3 games per team
  • Round 4: quarters, semis, finals for places 1-8, 9-16
  • 8 teams will play 9 games, 8 teams will play 10. 3 or 4 on Friday, 4 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday

Open division 2: 24 teams
